How it works

From a few questions to dinner on the table

NutritionMe is a planning tool, not a diet. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

1. The free assessment

Seven short steps covering who you're cooking for, the foods you enjoy, the foods you'd rather avoid, how often and how long you cook, your goals, your shopping rhythm and your budget. Your progress saves as you go, so you can close the tab and come back.

2. Your nutrition profile

We turn those answers into a written profile: a recommended planning approach, a suggested meal structure, your preferred foods, the foods we'll leave out, a preparation style and a grocery strategy. It's built only from what you told us.

3. A sample day, free

Before you pay anything, you see a real sample day generated from your own answers — the same engine that builds the full plan.

4. Your full meal plan

Choose 7, 14 or 30 days. Every meal comes with a full recipe: ingredients scaled to your household, clear steps, prep and cook times. Replace any meal you don't fancy, change servings, or regenerate the whole plan.

5. Your grocery list

One button combines the ingredients across the meals you choose, adds up duplicates and groups everything by aisle. Check items off, edit quantities, add your own and print it.

A note on health

NutritionMe provides general nutrition and meal-planning information. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. Foods you list as allergy concerns are excluded from your recipes, but we cannot guarantee any meal is free of a given allergen — always check labels and preparation yourself.
