The service
NutritionMe is a meal-planning tool. It generates nutrition profiles, meal plans, recipes and grocery lists from the information you provide. It offers general nutrition and planning information only.
Not medical advice
NutritionMe does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for a doctor or registered dietitian. If you have a medical condition, allergies, pregnancy-related needs, an eating disorder or other specialized circumstances, consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing how you eat.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Give accurate information, and don't attempt to access other people's data.
Purchases and subscriptions
One-time purchases give you access to the plan features described on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute generated plans and recipes as your own product, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Content and accuracy
Recipes are generated from your stated preferences. Always check ingredients, labels and cooking temperatures yourself, particularly where allergies or food safety are involved.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, NutritionMe is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
